Ageeta
It is our philosophy to ensure that all of our accessories that we source to sell are individual and handmade. Some of our products are Fairly Traded in India and South America and some products, quite rarely in todays society, are made right here in the UK. Our collection ranges from handbags and scarves to belts and jewellery, all the while maintaining unique, quality and handmade qualities. We ensure that all of our collections are handmade whether by the designers own hands, a small local workshop or fairly traded, as well as the materials used being kind to the environment.

Amana Collection
Our philosophy at Amana is to create clothes that marry beautiful design with ethical production practices. We source suppliers whose mission is to create fabrics that have minimal negative impact on the environment. The result is a collection of garments hand made from beautiful organic cottons, sumptuous organic silks and luxurious hemp mixes. All our garments are made by women artisans in Ain Leuh, an enchanting village perched high in the Middle Atlas Mountains in Morocco. We work on a fair-trade basis with our artisans, developing long-term partnerships with them. We ensure good working conditions, make advance payments and provide technical assistance and training. We aspire to present you with a collection that is not only desirable for the beauty of each piece but that doesn’t come at a cost. A collection where you can trust that from the cotton farmer to the finishing stitches every effort has been made to respect the people involved and protect our precious eco-system. Our supply chain re-iterates the soul of Amana: literally 'delivered in trust' in Moroccan Arabic.

Amano
At amano we make uniquely handcrafted knitwear, clothing and accessories with a soft handle and texture using skilled artisans in South America. Countless hours and years of knitting experience go into every piece. There is thought and integrity in the process of creating these precious and distinctive garments. These items are limited editions and take days to make which make them truly individual and special in times where mass production is prolific.

Annie Greenabelle
Annie Greenabelle, Organic Womenswear & Clothing Annie Greenabelle is an ethical womens clothing brand. Our garments are made predominantly from organic and Fairtrade certified cotton. We combine this with the use of reclaimed fabrics that adds variety and means there is never many of the same items around. Here at Annie Greenabelle we don't believe that anyone or anything should be treated badly in the pursuit of a 'bargain' piece of clothing, that is why all the factories comply with the ETI (Ethical Trading Initiative) base code.

Arkadash
Arkadash is the Turkish word for friend. It's a clue to how we want to do business, respecting the rights and needs of workers and farmers, using natural resources as carefully as we can, treating our suppliers and customers well, being friendly to the planet and the people around us. We sell sweatshop-free clothing, as much of it as possible made from fairtrade and organic cotton and hemp. We’re always on the lookout for new suppliers and hope to manufacture some of our own clothes, too, one day. We’d like to do that by working directly with a small cooperative or family business – in fact we’ve started already with our cotton bags, which are made and printed for us by our friends Esther, David and their mum Mary, in Kangulumira district, Uganda.

Ascension
Our philosophy is simple: to bring you the most inspiring selection of fashion and lifestyle products made beautifully, made fairly and wherever possible made from organic materials. We believe that ethical can be cool and that being stylish shouldn’t cost the earth. So, we’ve unearthed the most covetable ethically produced brands from around the world and sit these side by side in an inspiring, easy to shop ECO CHIC destination.

Ascension Clothing
Launched in August 2006, Ascension is a new range of street wear combining cutting-edge fashion and eco-friendly ethical production, aimed at fashion conscious young people who care as much about the environment and poor working conditions as they do about the cut of their jeans.

Bibico
bibico is a design-led company with a penchant for stylish, sexy, beautiful clothes. bibico is about being fair. We don’t believe in compromising lives for our styles. So all our manufacturers are certified by the International Association of Fairtrade. That means we, and more importantly you, can be sure that a decent percentage of what you pay has already gone to the people who made your garment. We’re here to add something delightful to your wardrobe. Something elegant & ethical.

Bishopston Trading
We have four shops in Bristol, Bradford on Avon, Glastonbury and Totnes and a mail order catalogue. We also offer a wholesale range and have stockists throughout the U.K. and Europe as well as further afield. All profits are used to benefit the people of K.V. Kuppam through our registered charity, the South India Rural Development Trust. In recent years this trust has been able to fund a beautiful, architect designed factory in the village. This has hugely improved the working conditions for our producer partners, giving them light spacious airy units in which to work, and importantly for them, bringing them all together in one location, The building is on the edge of the village and is surrounded by coconut groves and rice paddy fields. In January 2006 a grand inaugural ceremony was held and Carolyn Whitwell who started the Bishopston Trading Company in 1985 officially opened the buildings.
