We want you to feel good about our products too, which is why our entire range is Fairtrade certified (we are the only beauty company in the UK whose entire range carries the FAIRTRADE Mark). The Green People Mission is to promote an organic lifestyle and provide high quality, truly organic, natural health and home care formulations. To support charities with related health and environmental concerns. Our aim is to continue to expand our range of certified organic product. Green People are committed to offering products that are 100% natural, certified organic and highly effective. We will maintain our quest for excellence, creativity and innovation at all times, and will not compromise the quality of any Green People product. None of our formulations or products are or ever have been tested on animals and most of our products are registered by the Vegan Society. All of our products are suitable for Vegetarians. We believe that you have a fundamental right to know exactly what is contained in the products you are buying and therefore give full ingredient disclosure on all of our products. We also support charities with related environmental concerns and each year 10% of our net profit is donated to charitable causes linked to 'green' or environmental issues. The Green People team is a small group of dedicated people all working together for a healthier future and a less polluted world.

Hedgerow Herbals
Herbaria products are made from high quality, natural, vegetable derived ingredients. Nearly all the range is vegan. Where we do use honey and goat milk, we clearly label them. Our herb and flower handmade soaps are inspired by the healing properties of the plants around us, in hedgerow and meadow. Suffer from eczema, psoriasis or really sensitive skin? Ask for a sample of our bestselling 100% olive oil. We support the FairTrade principles and believe that peoples' labour deserves a fair price. We do not knowingly source our raw materials from any company that exploits its own suppliers or workforce.

We introduce you to the wonderful fragrances of Maroma, a kaleidoscope of perfumes born from the combination of natural essential oils. Maroma has been developing products using essential oils for over 25 years from its base in Auroville, South India. Its work is rooted in Fair Trade and environmental awareness. Our commitment to their aims and integrity has guided our work at Himalaya for the last ten years as distributors for the UK and Ireland.
Juicy Lucy
we source our unrefined shea nut butter and African black soap from a small co-operative of women in Ghana. although these ingredients are not certified organic by the soil association they are processed without the use of chemicals or the addition of anything genetically modified. we use as many organic ingredients as is humanly possible. organic farming methods avoid the use of unneccessary chemicals and pesticides. these chemicals pollute the environment, our water system and our bodies. organic farming does not deplete the soil's natural minerals, unlike normal farming methods, and so your skin benefits from more potent and effective ingredients.
